Students

This engaging, energizing and fun workshop builds confidence in a supportive environment by getting you up with others in improvisational exercises. You'll fast track yourself to confidence and poise in front of others. You'll learn how to get out of your own way, stop expecting the worst, and how to be more in the moment. Your presentations and actions in front of others will be more authentic and creative. You'll learn how to let go and stop worrying what others think, and how to be relaxed, alert and focused.

Space is limited to 14 people.
