This engaging and energizing program a direct, risk-taking, thinking-on-your-feet method to working out your fear and replacing it with confidence. You already know your stuff. It’s time to work on you.
No Fear! is an entirely experiential program based on improvisational skills. No longer just for actors, busy professionals are enrolling in improv theatre courses to develop critical skills they need on their jobs.
No Fear! is available in Half-day and Power Hour Formats.

Developing "Swagger"
We helped a group of sales professionals develop swagger: the ability to strut their stuff as well as a product. This interactive and engaging session focused on listening, confidence and strategies to stay flexible and switch strategies mid-meeting in order to build better relationships with clients. This group identified 8 actions they could take differently to improve their results.

Confidence building for Networking and Interview Skills
Career advancement and finding work are top priorities for many people these days, particularly youth. Youth and staff involved in the Youth Opportunities Project were treated to an on-their-feet exploration and skill development in confidence and poise to strengthen their networking and interview skills.
