Kimberly-Clark Corporation Atlanta, USAA new way to see the 5 Dysfunctions of a Team, Team BuildingKimberly Clark’s executive and capabilities teams got an engaging way to introduce, highlight and reinforce high functioning teams and to demonstrate leadership in their commitment to applying the learning. !mprov at work wrote, directed and then coached their teams through four sketches based on the 5 Dysfunctions of a Team model by Patrick Lencioni. In an interactive and engaging session, participants were coached to identify what they were already doing that was working and what they could do differently using data from a team assessment. Through interactive exercises and discussion, participants found small actions to take them to higher levels of team performance. Santa Maria Foods, TorontoTaking in store demonstrations to the next level!mprov at work transformed a typical tasting demo into an engaging and entertaining in store theatre experience. Instead of just getting handing food to eat, customers are invited into a kitchen where they have fun interacting with charming characters and learning about how the product fits into their lifestyle. !mprov at work created a training video and trained demonstrators in improvisational skills for their character. Baker & Mckenzie LLP, TorontoChange management, stress reduction training with team developmentLegal support staff doing more with less and lawyers wanting to cool their jets and manage stress better have been benefiting from recurring short and impactful Mindfulness at work sessions. Participants are learning how to become more responsive and less reactive by processing what is happening differently and not unwittingly turning situations, change or people into “a problem”. Working life is challenging enough without us adding to it. A similar workshop was recently delivered to the Law Society of Upper Canada. Being in the Moment - Mind Tools for Self Management
